Bridg is not a traditional consultancy. We do not work with one-off assignments or temporary secondments with new clients each time. Our projects are built together, in-house, with colleagues and clients whom you get to know and on whom you can rely. This is how genuine collaboration is created. Salary package

Our salary package consists of a fair base salary, tailored to your career path and experience level. We use a fixed, transparent methodology for salary increases and are developing a revamped compensation and reward strategy. We believe in teamwork and therefore also reward collective impact. We have a bonus system based on group objectives (sales & operational), but seniority is also valued, and for innovation initiatives, we offer a smaller individual component. 

Flexible hours & work-life balance

While other organisations are reducing remote work, we keep the door open. We ask for at least two days in the office (if you work independently enough), but offer flexibility outside of those times. Our working hours are structured around core hours (9–12 am & 2–4 pm), with space for you to shape your day in consultation with your team and team coach. 

Training & growth

Growth is in our DNA. Every employee is granted access to a training database and a personal development pathway, based on the competency profile of their role, supplemented with personal ambitions and/or expectations.  

We combine internal and external training, from soft to hard skills, and encourage peer learning. New colleagues start with an onboarding program that combines learning and doing.  

At least once a year (and soon more often), you will have a development conversation in which you take the lead: where do you want to go, which talents do you want to strengthen, what is your next step?

How you commute has an impact – on your day, your work, and your schedule. At Bridg, we strive for mobility solutions that are realistic and flexible, with attention to each individual's situation. 

Whether you come by train, hop on your bike, or prefer to take the car: with our mobility budget, we ensure you can get to Bridg smoothly. Our new headquarters in Mechelen is close to the station, has a bike shed, and parking facilities nearby. Convenient, isn't it? 

Home working can be up to three days a week with us. But we also believe that truly seeing each other makes a difference. Building something together, immediately testing an idea, or just catching up at the coffee machine? That’s what time in the office is essential for.

Always a warm welcome & never not learning

Starting a new adventure is always exciting, and at Bridg we ensure you feel welcome from day one. Our onboarding begins even before your first day at work: your accounts, laptop, and access are already set up so you can start smoothly right away. 

On the first day, we welcome you with a personal tour, an inspiring introduction to Bridg, and your first team meeting. You will receive your materials, get familiar with our applications, and meet colleagues from different units. And yes, a nice goodie bag is part of the package. 

Even after that first day, we guide you step by step. We provide a tailored individual onboarding plan, combining training, introductions, and active engagement. You will discover how Bridg works, our structure, projects, tools, and people, spread over several weeks. 

Every new colleague is assigned a personal coach within the team and a buddy from another team. The coach is your point of contact for everything related to work and the organisation's operations, providing necessary feedback. The buddy helps you get oriented in a more informal manner, outside your team as well. 

Additionally, you can always turn to your team coach. Together, they ensure you quickly find your place, can ask questions, and truly feel at home.

As a consultant, you don't just want to keep up; you want to anticipate what's next. We work with various methods, including the TMA approach, a talent analysis that helps you identify your strengths and growth potential. Based on an extensive questionnaire, you gain insight into your talents and competency profile. This shows you what you're already good at today, and which other functions or roles might suit you. Everything starts from your initiative and pace: you choose what to share with your manager or colleagues, and what you want to work on. 

You bring the curiosity and ambition; we provide the opportunities, guidance, and sometimes a pat on the back.
