On the first day, we welcome you with a personal tour, an inspiring introduction to Bridg, and your first team meeting. You will receive your materials, get familiar with our applications, and meet colleagues from different units. And yes, a nice goodie bag is part of the package.
Even after that first day, we guide you step by step. We provide a tailored individual onboarding plan, combining training, introductions, and active engagement. You will discover how Bridg works, our structure, projects, tools, and people, spread over several weeks.
Every new colleague is assigned a personal coach within the team and a buddy from another team. The coach is your point of contact for everything related to work and the organisation's operations, providing necessary feedback. The buddy helps you get oriented in a more informal manner, outside your team as well.
Additionally, you can always turn to your team coach. Together, they ensure you quickly find your place, can ask questions, and truly feel at home.
