This platform supports magistrates, clerks, and administrative staff in efficiently managing civil and criminal files to facilitate smoother, more consistent, and digital procedures.

User-friendliness

No training required

Ten out of ten in terms of user experience: "You can get started immediately without training. JustOne's software requires little to no training. To serve such a large number of users, a specific UX/UI approach is necessary," said a staff member from Justice.

With these reusable components, implementations are simplified, updates can be carried out smoothly, and we are moving towards a cloud-based legal system.

Did you know?

It is a connected experience

All relevant applications required by a court are connected to JustOne. External databases such as the GGB (Common Data Bank on Terrorism, Extremism, and Radicalization Process) are also accessible via JustOne. The aim is to enable access to all possible authentic and other data sources through standardised integrations.

We process 85% of the legal case work

Since 2020, we have been working on an optimized product where all applications are integrated into a single solution suite for Justice, which will handle approximately 10,000 users and 85% of Belgium's legal casework.

There is also a front-office application

We are expanding our product with JustProtect, a front-office application that serves as a portal for the Central Register for the Protection of Individuals. Through this e-desk, citizens, lawyers, institutions and Justice staff can easily exchange information within the procedure.

We strive for an innovative mindset

Today, we act as a primary facilitator among the various stakeholders in the digital evolution of Justice, bringing technology and legal processes together.
