JustOne | Justice powered by technology

JustOne is the central case management and workflow platform specifically developed for the judicial system of Belgium. The platform was originally designed for the Court of First Instance, and later evolved into a full suite that also supports the Public Prosecutor's Office and the Office of the Prosecutor General. In the future, the Police Prosecutor's Office will also be integrated, allowing the entire Public Prosecution Service to operate within a single environment.

Additionally, JustOne is expanding to the courts and tribunals, enabling them to rely on a single unified digital solution.
The JustOne solution helps magistrates, clerks, and administrative staff manage civil and criminal cases more efficiently, consistently, and fully digitally.

Did you know?

It is a connected experience

All relevant applications required by a court are connected to JustOne. External databases such as the GGB (Joint Database on Terrorism, Extremism, and Radicalisation Process) are also accessible via JustOne. The aim is to provide access to all possible authentic and other data sources through standardised integrations.

We process 85% of the legal casework

Since 2020, we have been developing an optimized product where all applications are integrated into a single solution suite for Justice, which will handle approximately 10,000 users processing 85% of Belgium's legal case work. 

And there is also a front-office application

We are expanding our product with JustProtect, a front-office application that serves as a portal for the Central Register for the Protection of Persons. Through this e-service, citizens, lawyers, institutions, and Justice officers can easily exchange information within the procedure.

We strive for an innovative mindset

We are acting today as a primary facilitator among the various stakeholders in the digital evolution of Justice, bringing technology and legal processes together.

The focus is on the three core tasks of judicial transformation: technological innovation, adaptation to changing processes, and enhanced digitalisation.
