New kid on the block in Mechelen, Bridg has arrived. At the beginning of 2025, we could only dream of a new modern headquarters in a vibrant city. There was searching, renovating, hard work and... it has succeeded. At the end of December, we welcomed all our employees to our brand new office on the outskirts of Mechelen. One word: proud

Move-ready

Hello Mechelen!

At the beginning of December, the finishing touches were made to the renovations in our brand-new office, the screens were installed, the coffee machine was delivered, and the Christmas tree, which certainly could not be missing, was quickly decorated. It was all set to welcome our first batch of employees to the new Bridg Headquarters on Wednesday, 17 December, right next to the station in Mechelen.

A warm welcome

Over the course of three days, our colleagues received a warm welcome from Frederik Riebbels, our CEO. He greeted us, in addition to delicious pastries and warm coffee, with a heartfelt welcome to the new modern office and emphasized that Mechelen is a new beginning for Bridg. A warm, modern, and cozy office on the fourth floor in the vibrant city of Mechelen.

Also, Marijke Geebelen, our CHRO, sees the new office as an inspiring place where we will come to work daily with enthusiasm and energy. A 'second home' where we will realise new projects, share gezellig team moments, and occasionally enjoy an afterwork that should not be missed ;-)

Followed by an inspiring tour of the Kathleen Cox, our PMO office and a driving force within the Bridg relocation working group. Everyone was given ample opportunity to discover the various workspaces and facilities.

The office boasts no less than four meeting rooms, equipped with brand new audiovisual gadgets, and a cosy lunch area which has been aptly named ‘Bridg&Bite’. During lunch breaks, you can enjoy a stunning view over the city of Mechelen.

All desks are fitted with ergonomic, height-adjustable standing desks, a widescreen monitor, docking station, keyboard and mouse with an accompanying mouse pad. We also took a look into the management offices, discovered the silent box for the call centre, the kitchen, and much more.

One thing was immediately clear: the atmosphere was great, and it still feels just right.
