We celebrated the year together festively with The Velvet Masquerade

Bridg kicks off the new year together with the house of companies with a festive celebration at The Velvet Masquerade
In keeping with the annual tradition, the Bridg team together with colleagues from across the House of Software Companies welcomed the new year in a special way during The Velvet Masquerade. This stylish New Year's Eve took place at Theadrôme in Wilrijk, where a warm and festive atmosphere prevailed from the very start

Ready for 2026

Cheers

Dressed in elegant velvet and mask accessories, our colleagues arrived from 6:30 PM for a convivial reception. The evening began with an extensive dinner buffet, accompanied by live music from four talented violinists, creating a stylish and pleasant atmosphere.

After dinner, we transitioned to a more energetic setting with a DJ set, where many took to the dance floor to enjoy, dance, and toast to 2026. The theme ‘velvet’ sparked enjoyable conversations at the table and gave the event a unique, elegant touch.

Home for people

It was inspiring to see so many faces together, from different teams within Bridg to colleagues from our partner companies. During the welcome speech by all companies (United Codes, Contractify, Tilroy, Anchr, Trikker & Qobee) our Operations Manager, Vincent Franchet delivered the opening remarks.

He briefly looked ahead to the new year and also reflected on an important milestone for Bridg: the recent acquisition of Praclox. With warm applause, Erik Gimbergh, the managing director, and his entire team were officially welcomed onto the stage.

As a functional analyst, you often work closely with others, but an evening like this allows you to experience teamwork in a completely different way. “The Velvet Masquerade” gave me extra energy to start the new year with this team. Ready for 2026!

The Velvet Masquerade

What made this edition especially special was how enthusiastic everyone was in embracing the masquerade theme. From subtle velvet accents to elaborate outfits with masks: the diversity of style choices provided great conversation starters and fostered a sense of connection. We want to thank all colleagues who attended and contributed to this memorable evening. Such moments strengthen our bonds and give us fresh energy to approach 2026 with enthusiasm together.
