How VGC digitalised its subsidy operations while making them transparent and accessible

With the Nimbl case management system from Bridg, the Flemish Community Commission (VGC) has thoroughly revamped its subsidy operations. Today, the VGC manages its subsidy flow entirely digitally for citizens, associations, and organizations in the Brussels-Capital Region. Thanks to an user-friendly subsidy portal, integration with the financial management system, and a central case file management in the back office, VGC works more efficiently, communicates more transparently, and makes its services more accessible to thousands of applicants.
